The technical details of our machines are as under.

Products :

1 . Name embossing machine for ballpen and pencils.

With this machine you can get name embossed on round or hexagon ballpen barrels, with help of metal punch. The machine is fully automatic, hopper feed with walking beam conveyor. The machine has a production speed of 60 &  80 pcs. Per minute. The machine is equipped with 1 h.p 3 phase electric motor. Mechanical counter one cylindrical cartridge heater of 300 w. & temperature controller.

2. Centrifuge machine for gel refills

This machine is for removing air bubbles from refills as well as for setting of gel with ink. having a capacity of  aprox 1000 pcs. Per cycle of 5 mm refills. The fan is dynamically balanced machine was driven by 2 hp, 3 hp a.c motor controlled by a.c variable drive & PLC controller for perfect timing and r.p.m both time and rpm can be precisely settable, rpm from 500 to 1800 and time in 1 second can be set. PLC controller has in built memory of 14 programmes,  contains of 4 stage of centrifuge process for better result.

3. Sharpening, sizing & name embossing machine for extruded disposable ballpen barrels.

In this machine hopper and conveyor is same as name embossing machines. It has four stations of sharpening units, each is driven by individual motors of 0.25 hp (high R.P.M), first two are for rough cutting & sizing at both ends and other two is for finish sharpening. It is equipped with a section unit with blower to collect cut chips of barrels from sharpening units. The blower is also driven by individual motor of 1 H.P & main machine is driven by 1 H.P 3 phase motor.

 

4. Foil transfer machine for ballpens and pens :

With this machine you can get foil transferred all over 360. On round ballpen barrels with the help of silicon rubber bonded alluminium sheet, you can also get logo printed through die molded logo on silicon rubber. This machine is semi automatics (Feeding and unfeeding is manual) clutch operated, it has a production speed of 18 to 20 pcs. Per minute depending upon the material used of barrel and grade of foil to be used equipped with 1 HP d.c electric motor, mechanical counter, one cylindrical cartridge heater of 500 W
